DROP OFF
I kindly ask that you provide a minimum of 48hrs notice if you are unable to make your existing booking.
Running late? Please let me know as soon as possible! It affects your service provider and other customers. If you are arriving more than 10 minutes late - your appointment will be cancelled.
Appointment - mark it in your calendar. While I may send courtesy reminders, these cannot be guaranteed and should not be depended upon.
Please make sure your dog has had time to relieve itself prior to dropping off.
Bringing treats for your dog is always a good idea!
PICK UP
You will be notified via text message that your dog is ready to go home.
Please be on time to collect your dog. Dogs know when their groom is complete and are eager to get home.
Please do not show up earlier for pick-up! Once your dog is aware of your presence, it may not be possible to safely finish grooming her/him.
You are welcome to bring a photo of how you would like your dog to be groomed. Please bare in mind I am a dog groomer and not a magician 😉
